General Rules For Students/Parents
The Student’s disciplinary policies and procedures emphasize the Mother Suhag Education Centre obligation to promote personal freedom, maturity and responsibility of students.
Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining regularity discipline and punctuality and to see that their wards take on active interest in all the activities of the school.
1. Parents are expected to see the cleanliness and civic manners of their wards.
2. Occasional reports and recommendation from the principal and the teachers are made in the school diary. Parents are requested to sign them.
3.Parents, Guardians or tutors are not permitted to visit the classes or meet the teachers without the prior permission of the principal
4. Parents should arrange to take their children home within 15minutes after the school is over
5. The school will not be responsible, it the children are not fetched within 15 minutes.
6. An application from the parents for the leave of absence must be sent in advance or latest within a week. Absence without leave will lead to “striking off” the name of the absentee from the rolls at the end of the month.
7. Parents are required to notify the school of any change in their address/telephone no.
